Erase All Kittens - A Coding Adventure Game to Teach HTML, CSS and Javascript

Erase All Kittens have launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to create a mobile adventure game to teach children (especially girls) how to code in HTML, CSS and Javascript.

We met the team from Erase All Kittens at BETT family day earlier this year. My son loved their PC version of the game and was very engaged and didn't even realise he was learning HTML tags (and typing skills) whilst trying to save cute kittens!

They have recently partnered with PlayerThree, an initiative from MIT, to create a Mario-style adventure game. Erase All Kittens was founded in 2014 and since have been on a mission to close the gender gap and make computing an exciting career choice!

Find out more about Erase All Kittens and back their campaign on Kickstarter.
